Pasqual's Cantina

100 Cross Country Rd, Verona, WI 53593 | (608) 497-3333 | Website

?In 1985 two Madison natives created Pasqual’s. The company was built on a foundation of using fresh ingredients, having a true passion for food, and a commitment to it’s patrons and the community. In 1999 Benjamin Roberts, who grew up near Pasqual's and worked there during high school, bought the business and carried forward the same foundation.

Pasqual’s has always been a place of gathering for Madisonians and the surrounding communities. We have kept our time honored and loved recipes the same, while chef/owner Benjamin Roberts has added a few new things to add flavor and excitement to the mouth and soul. Our friends keep coming back and new friends are made, whether it’s for Madison’s favorite half price margaritas on Tuesday night or to fulfill a craving for red chile sauce. Love the food, love the place, love the people.

Gray's Tied House is a contemporary version of the traditional Tied House that emerged in England in the 18th & 19th centuries. During that time, beer was available at two types of public houses (pubs). A "tied house" was owned by a brewery and sold only beer that it brewed, while a "free house" was privately owned and featured beers from multiple breweries. As the name implies, Gray's serves only beer from Gray's Brewing Company based out of Janesville, WI. It is also a wonderful spot for classic american fare "with a twist", high ceilings and a large outdoor deck set along a quiet road.
